Reservation Policy: All reservations require a deposit. Three or more night reservations require a two night deposit. Less than three nights, requires a one night deposit. The balance on the reservation must be paid upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refunded, less a $25.00 fee, when notice is received 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations within the 21 days before arrival, the deposit (minus the $25 fee) is refunded only if we are able to rent your unit for the entire period of your reservation Group reservations (three or more units) require a two night deposit, of which one night is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. The cancellation and final payment date for groups is 28 days before arrival. For cancellations within the 28 days before arrival, the deposit (minus one night) is refunded only if we are able to rent your unit for the entire period of your reservation.
